Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VulnQuill — the penetration-test engagement and reporting platform available at vulnquill.com and app.vulnquill.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Animesh Roy, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VulnQuill lets security consultants and teams track engagements, record security findings, collaborate, and generate reports (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), with an optional read-only portal for their clients. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts & organizations
- You must provide a valid, permanent email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Workspaces ("organizations") are isolated from one another. The organization owner controls membership, roles, and data in their workspace.
- You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- Use VulnQuill only to document security work you are authorized to perform. Do not store material you have no legal right to hold.
- No attempts to break the isolation between organizations, abuse the API, resell access, or disrupt the Service.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these rules; we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
4. Your data
Everything you put into VulnQuill — engagements, findings, evidence, reports — is yours. We claim no ownership and use it only to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to store the data you upload, including anything belonging to your own clients.
5. Plans, payment & renewal
- Paid plans are one-time, fixed-period purchases (30 days or 1 year) processed by Razorpay. There is no auto-renewal and we do not store your card details.
- When a paid period ends there is a 5-day grace window to renew; after that the workspace reverts toward the free tier's limits and may be suspended until renewed.
- Prices are listed in INR, exclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Availability & support
VulnQuill is provided on a reasonable-effort basis without a formal SLA at this stage. We take backups and publish service status, but you should keep exported copies of critical reports. Support is available in-app and via mail@anir0y.in.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its software remain our property. The finding-template library is provided for use within the Service; reports you generate from your own data are yours.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your workspace at any time via support. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms. On termination we will, on request, provide an export of your data before deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
